Hi everyone,
So there hasn't been much posted here recently but I figured that the Valithria fight is specialized enough that we should have a post on it. Feel free to post your own ideas/experiences here but the following is what I have learned from 10s and 25s.
As for a spec, focusing on Nourish output is the way to go. Here is mine,

I am using the Rapid Rejuv glyph, Glyph of Nourish and Wild Growth. I am considering switching out Wild Growth for Regrowth (and then taking care to recast Regrowth before it falls off) but I have not tested this yet.
Last night I was only going in about 2 portals per fight, when I absolutely needed mana, and I was focusing alot of my attention on Valithria early on with increasing raid awareness as the fight went on and damage increased. Doing this I was consistently putting out about 9-10k HPS. My basic strategy was to start with Rejuv, 2 stacks of LB, Regrowth, add 3rd LB stack then spam the hell out of Nourish until Rejuv was about to tick off, casting Swiftmend to consume it before it actually fell off, then refreshing Rejuv and spamming more Nourish. Refresh Regrowth as necessary. I was doing my best to keep a 3 stack of LB rolling but it would occasionally fall off and I would have to restack. I will try to toy around with only rolling 1 or two stacks and letting them Bloom.
As for raid heals, things should be mostly calm unless a Blazing Skeleton is casting its AoE. Just raid heal as necessary, not too much else to say. I was trying to cast Nourish on the tanks inbetween spamming it on Valithria when the tanks got hit but it just depends on what adds are up.
Let me know what you think or what you find useful.
